very happy about the cricket protein. the taste is good, i mix it with soy milk and it's yummy.
compare to the classic lactoserum protein, they are selling in my gym, criket protein have 5x less fat and 2x less sugar.
also really happy about the cardboard packaging.
and to finish, it's the same price that lactoserum protein within 200g.

Startet using it about a year ago. Now it is part of my nutrition routine (after the climbing gym session in the evening, instead of eating without control anything from the fridge...). I mix it with soja drink and (!) plain joghurt, gives a sweet/sour taste, perfect for me, can go to bed, no hunger, no problems.
My son is a fitness studio aficionado, I buy tons of Sens Chocolate protein blend for him, he mixes it with water immediately after his workouts.

Für mich ist das die derzeit beste Alternative zu herkömmlichen Tierischen Eiweiß. Ich vertrage es auch besser als Milchprodukte.
